Heinz Pistol
b. 20 June 1940 in Dortmund (D), d. 4 January 2009 in Hüfingen (D); German sculptor, illustrator and architect
He lived and worked in Hüfingen.
1965-1971 | Studied sculpture at the Stuttgart State Academy of Art and Design under Professors Baudert and Baumann |
Further studies followed under the Italian sculptors Luciano Minguzzi and Caliveri. He also studied architecture under Jacob Bakema in Rotterdam and Salzburg. |
Awards and Prizes:
He received several awards and prizes and was, for example, National Youth Winner in Mainz. He took part in many art and culture projects in Germany and elsewhere.
